The preset privacy policy and personal data protection applies to the collection and treatment of the personal data provided by the clients of the company. Namely the necessary data for the correct services provision that Wallnut Construction Business, commercial brand of InWall Lda, aims to provide.

It applies to the full exercise by the clients over this data in the legal terms of the EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Council.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect some personal from users and site visitors. Specifically name, email address and personal purchase information.

Personal data is also generated from technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third party embeds.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Contact forms

We keep information from contact form submissions for a certain period for customer service purposes. We do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

Cookies

When leaving a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment, within a year.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics in order to better serve you and your interests. none of the data is sold or distributed.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

We use Google Drive services through encrypted and two-tier safety gateways in order to provide the highest level of safety.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
