An hour away from Lisbon, Pegões is a region known for being a fishing and agricultural region. Located in the municipality of Montijo, it is possible to visit some historic churches famous for the richness of the tiles and architectural originality. 

Allied to this guideline, the optimization of costs, either through the search for optimized construction solutions – such as precast concrete – or through a careful process of layout revision, was a constant.   As it is an industrial building, the primary approach in the design process was the response to the installation’s functional needs.

In any case, the intention was to build a building that went beyond the purely technical domain and also responded to an aesthetic concern that intends to contribute positively to our client’s brand.
