An essential focus of the project was the introduction of lighting as the central focus, restricting circulation and introducing a dynamic and functional element. The different colors used aim to introduce practical aspects that mark the various uses of spaces.

The remodeling is phased, with each floor completed before moving on to the next. An added element was the new reorganization, with the upper floors dedicated to working and management areas and the -1 floor for leisure and dining areas. The main floors are composed of large 

and bright work areas that small offices support for “focus work”, as well as collaborative areas.  One of the focuses of our team was to use glass as a recurring element, allowing all spaces to be illuminated and maintaining an open space philosophy throughout all floors.
